| 随着生活中短视频交友平台的兴起，人们使用视频进行信息传递的频率大幅上升，在诉讼案件中，当事人与律师使用视频电子证据对案件事实进行证明的频率也有所上升。目前，因视频电子证据本身所具备的高技术性、不稳定性等特征，加上剪辑加工视频软件的不断优化，篡改视频电子证据的成本也有所下降，司法实践中对于视频电子证据真实性和完整性的验证困难重重。在法治层面上，需要完善视频电子证据的有关立法，对视频电子证据的收集程序、审查判断标准进行细化规范。对于现在所面对的种种难题，结合司法实践进行研究，探讨改善方式，从而实现视频电子证据收集和审查判断的规范化。 |

| With the rise of short video dating sites in our daily life, more and more people use videos to communicate with each other. In litigation cases, video electronic evidence is increasingly used by parties and lawyers to prove the facts of the cases too. At present, the video electronic evidence is characterized by the high-tech and instability and is falsified at the lower cost than before because of the continuous optimization of software that is used to clip a video. Therefore, it's more difficult to verify the authenticity and integrity of video electronic evidence in judicial practice. At the level of the rule of law, the legislation on video electronic evidence needs to be improved, and the collection procedures and examination and judgment criteria for video electronic evidence need to be standardized. This paper, based on the present conditions that the judicial practice faces, aims to explore the way to normalize the collection, examination and judgment of video electronic evidence. |
