| 党的十九届五中全会提出，要把解决好“三农”问题作为全党工作重中之重，全面实施乡村振兴战略，推进乡村振兴与发展。发掘红色文化资源，使之成为助推乡村振兴战略的重要抓手，这是贯彻落实党的十九届五中全会精神的要求，也是广大农村地区，特别是老区人民依托红色资源，建设美丽乡村的现实需要。发掘红色文化资源，可从以下几个方面着手：深耕和修整区域内的优良红色文化沃土；搜寻和整理区域内的重大革命题材；收集和梳理区域内的珍贵红色文史资料；汲取和融入新阶段的亮丽时代元素。 |

| The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee proposed to solve the issues of "agriculture,rural areas and rural residents" as the top priority of the Party's work,comprehensively implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and promote the revitalization and development of the rural areas.To explore the red cultural resources and make them an important grasp for promoting the strategy of rural revitalization is not only the requirement of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,but also the practical need for the people in the vast rural areas,especially in the old revolutionary base areas,to build beautiful countryside relying on the red resources.To explore the red cultural resources,we can start from the following aspects:to cultivate and repair the excellent "red cultural fertile soil" in the region;to search and sort out the major revolutionary themes in the region;to collect and sort out the precious red cultural and historical materials in the region,and to absorb and integrate the bright elements of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the new era. |
