| 陶渊明居所几度变换，在迁居的创作中既有耕植园田的平静闲适，也有阡陌非旧、亲故不在的恻怆之情，这与江州的地理位置有关。江州在东晋后战略地位凸显，为兵家必争之地，桓玄、刘裕皆曾任江州刺史或都督江州军事，渊明仕宦于此二人也就不难理解，但他心系的还是园林田野；江州战事频繁，尤其经桓玄之乱后，寻阳地区民生凋敝，这让陶渊明归隐后的诗歌呈现亦喜亦悲之情；陶渊明躬耕自给、重视邻里之情与江州风俗醇美、民皆务本的传统亦有关系，但江州战火将他的寄托打破，因而诗中有物是人非之叹。对江州地区的探讨，有助于进一步了解陶渊明的生平经历与创作情感。 |

| Tao Yuanming lived in several areas throughout his life. In his poems describing his life of migration, there is a peaceful pastoral lifeas well as a mood of melancholy for the strange environment or the late old friends and relatives, which is related to the geographical location of Jiangzhou. The strategic position of Jiangzhou became prominent since the Eastern Jin Dynasty.HengXuan and Liu Yu once served as the prefectural governor or the senior military officer in Jiangzhou, and Tao Yuanming once worked for them while he still wanted to return to nature. Series of battles that happened in Jiangzhou made the local people live in destitution. In his poems, Tao Yuanming showed his sympathy to the suffering people and melancholy because of the war though he lived among those who were simple and honest. |
