| 建设江西内陆开放型经济试验区是党中央国务院赋予江西的重大使命，把试验区建设好是推动江西省开放型经济跨越式发展的重要抓手。主要从设立背景、地理区位、发展基础、功能定位、制度创新、监管方式等六个方面将江西内陆开放型经济试验区与上海自由贸易试验区进行对比分析，找出两者之间的共同点与不同点，从而获得可资借鉴的经验启示，力争走出一条既有江西特色又有国际水准的内陆开放型经济试验区建设之路。 |

| The construction of Jiangxi inland open economy pilot zone is a major mission entrusted to Jiangxi by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. The construction of the pilot zone is an important starting point to develop Jiangxi's open economy rapidly. This paper, through a comparative analysis,aims to find out the similarities and differences inbackground,geographical location, development foundation, functional orientation, system innovation and supervision pattern between Jiangxi inland open economic experimental zone and Shanghai free trade experimental zone, so as to obtain experience and inspiration for construction of an inland open economy pilot zone with Jiangxi characteristics and international standards. |
