      教师是传统文化传承与创新的主体,传统文化素养是教师职业文化特性的使然。在专业发展视域下审视教师传统文化素养的缺失,一是教师专业发展知识体系中传统文化知识的缺失,二是教师专业发展价值观中传统文化德性内涵的缺失,三是教师专业标准中传统文化主体地位的缺失。因此,必须确立教师专业发展中传统文化的主体地位,整体提升教师传统文化素养,使教师成为弘扬优秀传统文化教育的引领者。
英文摘要:
      Teachers are the subjects that inherit and develop the Chinese traditional culture, which is an integral part of professional culture for a Chinese teacher.From the perspective of teacher professional development, the teachers are lack of traditional cultural literacy, such as the lack of the traditional knowledge in the knowledge system of the teacher's professional development, the lack of the traditional virtues in the value of teacher's professional development, and the lack of the principal status of traditional culture in the teacher's professional standards. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the principal position of the traditional culture and improve the traditional cultural literacy in the teacher's professional development, so that teachers can be the leading persons who carry forward the traditional cultural education.
