| 马克思主义政党政治建设是一个实践探索过程，也是一个理论创新过程。马克思主义政党政治建设理论具有相对独立的研究对象、基本问题、基本范畴、理论基石、理论精髓、主体框架等，形成了一个由一系列基本观点和原理组成的理论体系。把党的政治建设摆在首位；坚持“两个维护”；围绕党的政治路线建设党；坚持党的最低纲领和最高纲领的统一；制定和执行正确的政策策略是马克思主义政党政治建设理论构建的主要内容。 |

| The Party's political foundation is a process of both practical exploration and theoretical innovation. The theory of the Party's political foundations is a system which involving a series of elementary principles and basic viewpoints. This system has its own research object and basic questions,it also has its own basic categories and cornerstones,and we also can find this system's essence and framework. The Party's political foundations deserve to top priority,we must strengthen commitment to the Two Upholds,and the political routine is the core of Party building, we should insist on theory of the unity of the minimum and maximum programs of Marxist party in the process of Partybuilding, also formulate and implement right political policies. |
