| 新时代的中国精神是基于“两个大局”背景下的精神塑造，不仅凝聚着中华优秀文化的永恒魅力，而且包含着中国革命、建设和改革的精神谱系。中国精神的生成逻辑、新时代内涵及其表现有着明显民族特质和世界意义，尤其是在培育及弘扬社会主义核心价值和人类共同价值方面，中国精神有着更为开阔的世界视野。当前，在理性反思中深入推动新时代中国精神的内核提炼，丰富其精神外延，能够成为中国声音传播的精神根基，成为建构中国话语体系的精神支撑，成为人类共同价值的宝贵精神资源。 |

| The Chinese spirit in the new era has been fostered under the "two overall situations". It embodies both the fine traditions of Chinese culture and the spiritual pedigree formed in the process of Chinese revolution, construction and reform. In the generation logic and connotation of times, the Chinese spirit has both national characteristics and world significance. As for promotion of the core values of socialism and the common values of mankind, it has a broader vision of the world. At present, we should further foster the Chinese spirit with rational reflection and make it the spiritual foundation forthe international communication of Chinese voice and the construction of the Chinese discourse system, as well as the precious spiritual resource of the common values of mankind. |
