| 建党精神和意识形态话语权的基本内涵虽然存在差异，但是两者之间又密切关联。一方面，意识形态话语权面临的巨大挑战对建党精神的弘扬带来了消极影响；另一方面，建党精神的弘扬有益于抵抗意识形态话语权遭遇的挑战。当前由于市场经济趋利性引发的负面效应、西方意识形态的渗透、网络媒体的冲击以及思想政治教育工作中存在的偏差给意识形态话语权的巩固带来了巨大挑战。为此，可以通过弘扬建党精神加强意识形态话语权的巩固，具体来说，要注重建党精神的大众化诠释、反对历史虚无主义的错误观点以及重视建党精神的网络宣传教育。 |

| Although they are different from each other in basic connotation, the party building spirit and ideological discourse power are closely related to each other. On the one hand, the great challenge that ideological discourse power faces has a negative impact on the promotion of the spirit of party building; on the other hand, the promotion of the party building spirit is beneficial to respond to the challenge that ideological discourse power encounters. At present, such elements as the negative effects that the profit-seeking nature of market economy brings, the infiltration of western ideology, the impact of network media and the deviation in ideological and political education work have brought great challenges to the consolidation of ideological discourse power. However, we can strengthen the ideological discourse power by carrying forward the spirit of party building in such ways as the popular interpretation of the spirit of party building, objection to the wrong ideas of historical nihilism,and the network publicity of the spirit of Party building. |
