| The employment problem of college graduates has been receiving much attention. The employment issues of college graduates include not only the“Employment difficulty”, but also the difficulty for college graduates to adapt to the role transformation at the early stage of their career, poor employment stability and low-end drift resulting from frequent job-hopping. The low-end drift caused by the frequent-hopping of college graduates has brought negative effects to college students, schools, society and employers. Based on grounded theory, this paper explores the theoretical model of influencing factors on the low-end drift of college graduates by interviewing the behavior events of college student administrators, personnel managers of employing units and college students themselves, and discusses the significance of the research results to universities, employers and students. |
