雷沛鸿教育管理活动在教育管理史上占重要地位。在“教育救国论”的驱使下,雷沛鸿利用政治学、教育学、管理学等相关理论资源,结合中国传统文化及当时中国的政治、经济条件,以广西为试点,聚焦于教育行政管理和教育管理学术研究展开其教育管理活动。雷沛鸿教育管理活动在从教育改革全局出发,与国家、社会需要匹配及注重学术研究三大方面为当下教育管理研究提供了启示。 |

Lei Peihong’s educational management activities occupy an important position in the history of educational management. Driven by the “theory of saving the country through education”, Lei Peihong used relevant theoretical resources such as politics, pedagogy and management, combined with Chinese traditional culture and China’s political and economic conditions at that time, took Guangxi as a pilot, focused on the educational administration and academic research of educational management, and carried out his educational management activities. In short, Lei Peihong’s educational management activities provide enlightenment for the current educational management in three aspects: starting from the overall situation of educational reform, matching with the needs of the state and society, and paying attention to academic research. |
