| “三全育人”模式以其全员联动、全程跟进、全方位展开的系统性而成为新时代高校思想政治工作的主导模式。该模式能够多次得到党和国家的大力倡导与推动，具有其内在的理论逻辑、历史逻辑、实践逻辑为基础。对照新时代高校思想政治工作要求，井冈山大学积极探索将地方红色资源转化为教育教学资源，将井冈山精神有机融入在“三全育人”模式中，并形成全员全程全方位的育人体系。在探索实践中，井冈山大学做到遵循研究生成长规律、深化协调育人机制、强化监督考核，充分发挥“三全育人”模式的育人效能。 |

| The mode of the“Three Complete Education”has become the leading mode of Ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era because of its systematization of all staff linkage, whole process follow-up and all-round development. This model has been strongly advocated and promoted by the party and the state for many times, and is based on its internal theoretical logic, historical logic and practical logic. Contrast with the requirements of ideological and political work in Colleges and universities in the new era, Jinggangshan University actively explores the transformation of local red resources into education and teaching resources, organically integrates Jinggangshan Spirit into the“three complete education”mode, and forms a full range of education system. In the specific exploration and practice, the educational efficiency of the“three complete education”model have been given full play, by abiding by the growth law of postgraduates, deepening the coordinated education mechanism, and strengthening supervision and assessment in the university. |
