      高校课程思政有其生成的理论、实践和问题逻辑。推进新时代高校课程思政建设具有坚持社会主义大学办学方向,落实新时代立德树人根本任务;充实高校思想政治工作体系,构建全员全程全方位育人大格局;解决专业教育和思政教育“两张皮”问题,全面提高新时代人才培养质量的重要意义。新时代高校课程思政建设包括推进习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想进教材进课堂进头脑,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,加强中华优秀传统文化教育,深入开展宪法法治教育,深化职业理想和职业道德教育,重视劳动教育和心理健康教育等内容。要以挖掘思政资源为前提,以融入教学过程为基础,以增强教师意识能力为关键,以构建课程思政建设机制及评价体系为保障。
英文摘要:
      The integration of ideological and political education into college courses has its own theory, practice and problem logic. The ideological and political construction of the college courses in the new era means that we adhere to the socialistdirection when running colleges and universities and fulfill the fundamental objective of fostering virtue through education in the new era. It is helpful to combine professional education with ideological and political education and is of great significance to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training in the new era.The ideological and political construction of college courses in the new era includesputtingXi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era intotextbooks and into classrooms, cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism, strengthening the education of Chinese excellent traditional culture, deepening education in the constitution and the law, deepening professional ideals and professional ethics education, and stressing labor education and mental health education, etc. It is necessary to take exploration of ideological and political resources as the prerequisite, integration of it into the teaching process as the basis, improvement of teachers' awareness and ability as the key, and construction of mechanism and evaluation system of ideological and political construction of courses as a guarantee.
