      旨在探讨跨界搜寻对企业创新绩效的影响机制。通过收集来自252家跨界创新企业的调研数据,运用层级回归方法进行模型验证。研究发现,跨界搜寻对企业创新绩效有正向影响作用,跨界搜寻有利于组织知识重构拓展,也有利于组织知识重构深化,组织知识重构在跨界搜寻与创新绩效之间起部分中介作用。组织合法性在跨界搜寻与组织知识重构拓展之间起着正向的调节作用,但在跨界搜寻与组织知识重构深化之间的调节作用不显著。研究结果丰富了跨界搜寻理论在企业管理创新过程中的运用。
英文摘要:
      This paper aims to explore the influencing mechanism of enterprise boundary spanning search to innovation performance. By collecting data from 252 trans-boundary innovation enterprises, we use the hierarchical regression method to test our hypotheses. We find that boundary spanning search has a positive impact on innovation performance, is conducive to the expansion of organizational knowledge reconstruction, and deepen organizational knowledge reconstruction. Organizational knowledge reconstruction plays a partial intermediary role between boundary spanning search and innovation performance, and organizational legitimacy plays a positive moderating role between boundary spanning search and organizational knowledge reconstruction expansion. The findings enriched the application of boundary spanning search theory in the process of trans-boundary innovation in enterprises.
