基于技术接受模型构建智慧社区背景下社区共享平台用户持续使用意愿影响因素的模型,采用SPSS和AMOS统计软件实证检验和分析感知有用性、感知易用性及共享态度对持续使用意愿的影响。结果表明,感知有用性、感知易用性和共享态度均正向影响居民持续使用社区共享平台的意愿,且居民的文化程度对这三条路径具有调节作用。因此,社区管理层和平台企业应进一步完善和优化社区共享平台及配套设施的可操作性、易用性,加大平台价值的宣传与推广,增强社区居民持续使用社区共享平台的态度和意愿,实现智慧社区和社区共享平台可持续发展,助推社区治理体系和治理能力现代化。 |

Based on the Technology Acceptance Model, this paper constructs a model of influencing factors of residents' continued intention to use community sharing platform in the context of intelligent community. SPSS and AMOS statistical software were used to empirically test and analyze the effects of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and sharing attitude on continued usage intention. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and sharing attitude have a positive impact on residents' intention to continue using the community sharing platform, and residents' educational level has a moderating effect on these three paths. Therefore, community management and platform enterprises should further improve and optimize the operability and usability of community sharing platform and supporting facilities, increase the publicity and promotion of the platform value, enhance community residents' intention to continue using the community sharing platform, so as to achieve sustainable development of intelligent community and community sharing platform and boost the modernization of community governance system and governance ability. |
