| 网络民粹主义思潮的产生源于当代中国社会转型和互联网技术赋权。从马克思主义意识形态批判视域看，网络民粹主义将网民激进化、道德化的价值诉求作为其合法性来源，通过渲染"精英-平民"二元对立、编织反主流意识形态叙事等方式，破坏"中国梦"价值共识，弱化马克思主义意识形态引领力。应对网络民粹主义的挑战，需从民生改善、价值引领、舆情治理、法治建设等多维度入手，切实推进社会公平正义、创新主流意识形态话语、提升网络舆情治理法治化水平、重构互联网媒体传播格局，以此形塑多元主体对主流意识形态的认同、遏制网络民粹主义思想的蔓延。 |

| The Internet populism in China originated from the transformation of Chinese contemporary society and the empowerment of Internet technology.From the perspective of Marxist ideology critique, the Internet populism takes the radicalized and moralized value appeals of Internet users as the source of its legitimacy, destroys the value consensus of the "Chinese Dream" and weakens the leading power of Marxist ideology by playing up the binary opposition between "elites and civilians" and weaving anti-mainstream ideological narratives.To meet the challenge of Internet populism, we need to,through people's livelihood improvement, value guidance, public opinion governance, and buildingrule of law, etc. promote social fairness and justice effectively, innovating mainstream ideological discourse, enhancing the level of governance of online public opinion under the rule of law, and reconstructing the pattern of Internet media communication. In this way, we can guide multiple subjects to accept the mainstream ideology and curb the spread of Internet populism. |
