| 人类命运共同体理念及其话语体系的国际传播为世界解决人类问题贡献了“中国智慧”和“中国方案”。近些年，“人类命运共同体”在国际上得到了广泛的传播，并成为世界舆论的热词。人类命运共同体理念与新时代中国全球治理理念的认识逻辑是一致的，包含了新时代中国全球治理理念主要关系范畴，反映了新时代中国与全球治理最一般的本质和关系，是新时代中国全球治理理论。基于人类命运共同体理念国际广泛传播现实，中国可以在深化人类命运共同体理念理论研究中增强中国全球治理学术话语权、在设置人类命运共同体国际议程中提升中国全球治理制度性话语权、在推动人类命运共同体理念话语实践中构建中国全球治理体系建设话语权。 |

| The international communication of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind and its discourse system has contributed the "Chinese wisdom" and "Chinese approach" to the world. In recent years, the concept of the community with a shared future for mankind has widely spread over the world and become a hot topic. It is consistent with China's idea of global governance for a new era in cognitive logic. It includes the main categories of relations related to China's idea of global governance for a new era and reflects the basic relationship between China and global governance in a new era. Therefore, it's also the theory of China's global governance. Nowadays, the concept of the community with a shared future for mankind has been widely recognized in the world community so that China can enhance its academic discourse power about its idea of global governance in the theoretical study of the concept of the community with a shared future for mankind, enhance its institutional discourse power about global governance when setting up the international agenda for the community with a shared future for mankind, and build its discourse power of China's system of global governance in the discourse practice of the concept of the community with a shared future for mankind. |
