| In order to builda great modern socialist country and bring about a great rejuvenation of Chinese nation, Xi Jinping put forward series of educational notions with Chinese characteristics for the New Era. Theoriginal contributions of these ideas are as the follows:adhere to the overallleadership of the CPC on the educational business, steer socialist educationtoward a correct direction, put top priority to develop education, push forward the educational institutionalization and high-quality development, carry out education about socialist core values, strengthening the fine Chinese traditional culture education, and pay attention to the construction of the ideological and political course. These ideas are the embodiment of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era in the field of education. They are demands of times for the socialist education with Chinese characteristics. These ideas have achieved an unprecedented breakthrough both in ideology and in practice. |
