| 1941年7月1日通过的《关于增强党性的决定》是建党以来首部也是迄今为止唯一以增强党性为主题的党内法规。它是中国共产党面对新时局、站在新方位、肩负新使命所作出的旨在加强自身建设的决策部署。它是在风谲云诡的抗战时局中勇担民族大任的现实选择，是在抗战乃至于中国政治生活中引领民族未来的迫切需要，是在迎接风险挑战中不断防范被瓦解危险的必然要求，是推进党的自我革命、永葆党的生机活力的内在需求。站在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新的起点上，我们应更加突出党性锻炼，不断增强党性修养，毫不动摇推进党的建设新的伟大工程，把党建设得更加坚强有力。 |

| “On the Decision to Strengthen the Party Spirit”, which was issued on July 1, 1941, is the first Party rules that is the only one aiming to strengthen the Party spirit since the founding of the Party. It was an important decision made by the CPC in the face of the new situation, new position and new mission. It’s necessary for the CPC to shoulder the national responsibility bravely in the turbulent times of the Anti-Japanese war，to lead the nation into a bright future during the Anti-Japanese War and even in China's political life, to keep away from being disintegrated when meeting the risk and challenge，and to carry out the Party's self-revolution for keeping its vitality. At the new start of fully building a modern socialist China, we should give more prominence to enhance our party spirit, unswervingly carrying forward the new great project of Party building, so as to make the Party more powerful. |
