| 红色文化内蕴党员干部政德教育所需要的丰富精神给养，是开展党员干部政德教育的优质资源和生动教材。将红色文化融入党员干部政德教育，有利于唤醒政治灵魂，坚定党员干部的政治方向；刻写红色基因，涵养党员干部的初心情怀；铭记红色历史，锤炼党员干部的担当品格；传承红色作风，强化党员干部的法纪观念。实践中，可以将红色文化融入政德理论教学，建设集物、事、人、魂、规于一体的红色文化精品课程；融入政德实践教育，开展集看、听、思、悟、行于一体的红色文化体验实践活动；融入政德主题教育，组织集专题学习、专题党课、专题研讨、对照查摆、专项整治于一体的红色文化主题教育活动；融入政德宣传矩阵，打造集文字、图像、影像、音乐、舞台剧于一体的红色文化立体式传播格局。 |

| The red culture contains rich spiritual resources needed by the political and moral education of Party members and cadres. Integrating the red culture into the political and moral education of Party members and cadres is conducive to arousing the political soul and strengthening the political orientation of Party members and cadres; writing the red gene to cultivate the original aspiration of Party members and cadres; remembering the red history, heightening the sense of responsibility of Party members and cadres; inheriting the red style of work and strengthening the party members and cadres' concept of law and discipline. In practice, we can integrate the red culture into the theoretical teaching of political morality, and construct the excellent curriculum of red culture integrating material, event, person, spirit and regulation; integrate the practical education of political morality, carrying out practice activities of the red culture experience integrating watching, listening, thinking, understanding and practicing; integrate the theme education of political morality by carrying out subject learning, special party class, seminar, comparison and arrangement, and special rectification. In addition, we should integrate it into the propaganda matrix of political morality to create a three-dimensional communication pattern of red culture integrating words, images, videos, music and stage plays. |
