| 社会工作参与社区治理有着独特的优势，有助于提供社区公共服务、促进社区自治、满足社区居民的多样化需求、实现社区多元主体协同治理。尽管目前还存在很多现实困难，但各地的社会工作机构和社会工作者依然在社区场域内探索和实践，运用进入社区建立专业关系、培养社区领袖和社区自治组织、培养志愿者队伍、关注社区难题、盘活社区多方资源、与政府部门及社区内外社会组织开展合作等方法，促使社会工作从最初单一的社区服务取向向更宏观、多元的社区治理取向转变，推动传统单一主体的行政主导型社区管理向多元主体的社区治理发展。 |

| Social work participation in community governance has unique advantages, which can help to provide community public services, promote community autonomy, meet the diverse needs of community residents, and achieve community multi-subject collaborative governance. Although there are still many practical difficulties, social work institutions and social workers in various places are still exploring and practising in the community field, using the methods of entering the community, establishing professional relations, training community leaders, cultivating community self-organization, training volunteers, paying attention to community problems, activating multi-resources of the community, cooperating with government departments and social organizations inside and outside the community, etc. to promote social work from the original single society. The orientation of community service has changed to a more macro and pluralistic orientation of community governance, which promotes the development of traditional single-subject administrative-oriented community management to pluralistic-subject community governance. |
