| 作为党的“助手和后备军”，苏区时期的共青团组织严密且人数众多，对青少年富有凝聚力。它确保党和苏维埃的战略、政策、目标与要求得以快捷地在苏区青少年儿童中推行，并随之成为更广泛群体中现实的运动。在党的领导下，共青团组织充分动员广大青少年儿童参加苏维埃革命，在助推苏区基层政权建设、动员和输送青年参军参战、监督党和苏维埃政权以及为党政军组织培养和输送人才等方面发挥重要作用，真正履行了党的助手和后备军职责。同时，通过反映和维护青少年群体权益，发挥中国共产党密切联系青少年群体的桥梁与纽带作用。 |

| As the Party’s "assistant and reserve force", the Communist Youth League of the Soviet Areas was strict in organizational work and had many members. It had great rallying power among young people and teenagers, which greatly facilitated prompt implementation of the Party’s and the Soviet Governments’ strategies, policies and requirements, and helped to attract more people to the drive for the founding of a New China.Under the leadership of the CPC, the Communist Youth League organizations actively mobilized the broad masses of young and teenage people in Soviet revolution, and played a major role in boosting construction of grassroots political power in Soviet Areas, mobilizing young people in fighting with reactionary forces,supervising the CPC’s and the Soviet governments’ work, training young people and providing talented people for various posts in the Party, the Soviet governments, and the army, and thus truly deserved the name of the CPC's assistant and reserve force.In addition, the Communist Youth League organizations in the Soviet Areas did a good job on safeguarding the rights and interests of the young and teenage people,and therefore was the bridge between the CPC and the masses of the young and teenage people. |
