| 西柏坡精神，是中国共产党人在革命时期铸就的一座精神丰碑，是党和国家的宝贵精神财富，其内涵要义是“两个敢于”“两个务必”“两个一切”思想的有机结合。西柏坡时期，中国共产党以“两个敢于”的彻底革命精神推进党风廉政建设制度化，以“两个务必”的不懈赶考精神不断坚定党员的理想信念，以“两个一切”的人民中心理念坚定党风廉政建设的人民立场，为新时代进一步推进党风廉政建设提供了重要经验启示：始终坚持党性与人民性内在统一、坚持科学性与实践性相结合、坚持思想建设与制度建设并举、坚持党内监督与群众监督相契合，要在党风廉政建设中不断提高党的建设质量。 |

| The Xibaipo Spirit, a spiritual monument forged by Chinese Communists in the revolutionary period, is part of the precious spiritual wealth of the Party and the country. Its essence is the organic combination of the thoughts of "two dare", "two must" and "two all". In those days, the Chinese Communists in Xibaipo, with their dauntless spirit,dared to struggle and dared to win,and thus developed the spirit of “two dare”;they,with nation-wide victory close at hand,were not conceited or rash but remained modest and prudent,and continued to work hard and perseveringly, and thus developed the spirit of "two must"; they did everything for the people and with support from the people,and thus developed the spirit of "two all". In today’s construction of good Party conduct and clear government the spirit of “two dare”, “two must”and “two all”provide great enlightenment for us.We can arm ourselves with the thoroughly revolutionary spirit of “two dare”and advance the institutionalization of construction of good Party conduct and clean government; we can arm ourselves with the spirit of “two must”and, like a feudal-society student unremittingly getting himself prepared for exams in the capital city, constantly strengthen Party members’ ideal and belief; and we can arm ourselves with the spirit of “two all”, a conviction that the people are the centre of our struggle and work, and adopt a firm “people-centre”position in the drive of construction of good Party conduct and clean government.In the construction drive, we should aim at harmonious unity of the Party’s ideal and the people’s interest, combination of science and practice, construction of both fine ideology and sound system, and integration of supervision from within the Party and from the masses of people. The drive of construction of good Party conduct and clean government should be oriented to continual promotion of the quality of Party construction. |
