教育是国之大计,党之大计。十八大以来习近平总书记高度重视教育事业发展,深刻阐述了中国特色社会主义教育的方向性、全局性、战略性问题,体现了宽广的社会历史视野、长远的战略眼光以及深厚的人民情怀。在价值维度,从国际局势、国情任务和历史使命,指明了当前教育事业发展的根本方向和价值目标;在理论维度,将教育作为民生基础,置于优先发展的战略地位,并同国家治理现代化协同推进,凸显了新时代推进教育事业发展的重要地位和意义;在实践维度,强调抓落实补短板,从教育体制改革、学校育人工作、教育内涵式发展等方面提出相关实践要求,形成了落实立德树人的改革发展部署。 |

Education is a matter of fundamental importance to the country and the Party. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has been concerning himself with the development of our country’s education. He has given many talks and speeches on education, profoundly expounding issues concerning the direction and the overall situation of China’s education and strategies for developing our socialist education with Chinese characteristics, which reflects his profound strategic insight into society and history and embodies his profound feelings towards the people. It is helpful to look at these talks and speeches of his from three perspectives.From the perspective of value we can see that the General Secretary, in view of the international situation,the national conditions and our historical missions, has pointed out the fundamental direction and the value goals of the development of China’s education at present. From the perspective of theory we can see that his words,taking education as the foundation of people’s livelihood to which national development priority should be given and which should be pushed forward together with the modernization of national governance, highlight the important position and significance of promoting the development of education in the new era.From the perspective of practice we can see that his words,stressing implementation of policies and improvement of weak links, putting forward practical requirements concerning education system reform, school education, and connotative development of education, have made arrangements for the development of a system of improving morals and educating people. |
