| 尝试从需方消费者视角来探究政府监管感知如何影响消费者持续共享意愿。结果表明：政府监管感知正向影响消费者信任和持续共享意愿，且负向影响隐私关注；消费者信任正向影响持续共享意愿，却对隐私关注的负向影响不显著，且隐私关注对持续共享意愿的负向影响也不显著；消费者信任和隐私关注在政府监管感知和持续共享意愿之间的关系中起到不同程度的“桥梁”作用。研究结论既为我国政府主管部门加强共享经济监管提供决策参考，又为共享平台企业进一步完善平台制度机制提供理论指导。 |

| The sharing economy has witnessed rapid development in China in recent years, but the Chinese government does not impose practical and effective regulations on the sharing economy business model and sharing platforms. This study attempts to examine how government regulations perceived by consumers on the demand side effect consumers' continuous sharing intention. Empirical test results show that:(1) Perceived government regulation has positive effects on consumer trust and continuous sharing intention, and it also has negative effects on privacy concern; (2) consumer trust is positively correlated with continuous sharing intention, while it is not negatively related to privacy concern; privacy concern does not have significantly negative effects on continuous sharing intention; (3) both consumer trust and privacy concern partially mediate the relationship between perceived government regulation and continuous sharing intention. The present paper can offer advice to the policy-makers in the regulations of sharing economy and theoretical guideline to the sharing platforms on the establishment of platform operational mechanism |
