| Lenin believes it is the inevitable logic of the Party to strengthen the Party spirit of non-party organizations jointly founded by workers, peasants and soldiers for the Party leadership over class alliance and for the revolutionary action of the Non-party organization. In practice, it is the concrete path to strengthen the organizational system construction for the Party's endowment with political, class, ideological connotation in the Non-party organization. It is the basic foundation to maintain political and ideological independence, to criticize non-Party Spirit, and to propagate and publicize red cultural symbols for the full play of leading function of Party organization. Lenin's Non-party organization thought has provided explicit enlightenment in the Party organization system construction, and in the attraction and cohesion of Party organization. |
