| 列宁是第一个社会主义国家的缔造者，也是第一个领导社会主义建设的实践者。在起点落后的苏俄如何跨越资本主义的“卡夫丁峡谷”，实现社会主义从“世界革命”到“一国建设”实践转折的历史场景中，列宁的建国方略经历了一个不断调整的过程：经济建设，从“进攻”到“退却”；政治建设，从“一切权力归苏维埃”到“一切权力归党中央”再到“党同苏维埃合理分工”；文化建设，从“破”到“立”再到“建”的文化革命。虽然列宁时代距今已过百年，但其中蕴含的真理性仍对当下新时代中国特色社会主义建设有着重要启发意义。 |

| Lenin was the founder of the first socialist country and the first practitioner of leading the socialist construction. In practice, Lenin's socialist construction strategy has undergone a process of constant adjustment from the world revolution to the building of socialism in one country for the realization of socialism in Soviet Union through overcoming the Kaftin Valley of capitalism, from strategic attack to retreat in economic construction, from all power lying in Soviet, to all power in the Central Committee, to division of power with the party and the Soviet in political construction, from destruction of old system to the establishment of new mechanism to the building of cultural revolution in cultural construction. Although it has been more than 100 years since Lenin's time, the light of truth contained in it is still of great enlightening significance to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. |
