作为服务基层教育的主力军,新建地方本科高校小学教育专业肩负着培养新时代小学教师的使命。目前新建地方本科高校小学教育专业在培养目标的确立、课程体系的设置和师资队伍的建设等方面均存在一定的问题,影响了专业改造的顺利进行。只有将农村小学全科教师作为培养目标来确立、小学教育职业本位作为课程体系设置的依据、专兼结合的双师双能型教师队伍作为师资建设的重点,才能保证新建地方本科高校小学教育专业改造的顺利进行。 |

As the main forces in substrate education, the primary education specialty of newly-built local universities undertakes the mission of training primary school teachers in the new era. The present paper lists the problems faced in the major of primary education, i.e. establishment of training objective, building of curriculum system and recruitment of teaching staffs of newly-built local universities, which has greatly affected its transformation. In the meanwhile, the paper argues that taking general specialty teacher as the training objective, vocational standard of primary education as the basis of curriculum system, and training double qualified teachers as the focus of the construction of teaching staffs, can guarantee transformation of primary education specialty in newly-built local universities. |
