大学系统从横向可以划分为教学、科研和社会服务三个子系统,从纵向可以划分为输入、运行和输出三个阶段。根据纵横两个维度,大学系统可以划分为9个方面,并相应确定9个评价其国际化程度的核心指标。从过程论的视角出发,大学的国际化过程可以划分为“内化”、“互化”和“外化”三个阶段,标志着大学国际化程度的不断提升。因此,9个核心指标可分别确定三个由低到高的分数段,以此来综合判断大学所处的国际化阶段,帮助大学开辟独具特色的国际化发展之路。 |

University system can be divided into 3 subtypes from vertical dimension:teaching, research and social service, 3 stages from horizontal dimension:input, operation and output. In terms of the two dimensions, university system can be divided into 9 aspects through which 9 core indicators can be identified to evaluate its degree of internationalization. From the perspective of process theory, university's internationalization process can be divided into 3 periods:internalization, mutualisation and externalization, which marks the continuous improvement of university internationalization. Therefore, around every core indicator, there are 3 fractions, from low to high, to judge a university's internationalization stage, which can help the university open up a unique way of its international development. |
