| 习近平绿色发展思想是目标、价值和制度三重维度的统一。在目标维度上，把“美丽中国”作为绿色发展的宏伟目标，不仅彰显了党致力于改善人民生存和发展环境，积极打造绿色中国的治国执政理念，而且丰富了中国梦的美好蓝图；在价值维度上，始终坚持以人民为中心的价值取向，充分肯定和彰显了作为社会主体的人在生态文明建设中的本质力量和主体地位，为促进中国绿色发展提供主体性的能动力量；在制度维度上，强调实行最严格的制度和最严厉的法治，为绿色发展提供可靠保障。习近平绿色发展思想既适时呼应了全人类对构建地球美好家园的共同愿景和绿色发展的时代潮流，又深刻表达了新时代人民群众对建设美丽中国的美好夙愿和价值追求，充分彰显了党在新时代建设绿色中国的治国理政新方略，对实现中国绿色发展、永续发展和美丽中国建设实践具有重要的指导意义。 |

| Xi's green development concept presents an integration of three dimensions, i.e. goals, values and systems. On the goal dimension, the green development concept, taking beautiful China as its grand goal, not only shows the party's commitment to improve the people's living and developing environment, to build a green China as its governing concept, but also enriches the blueprint of the Chinese dream. On the value dimension, the concept always adheres to the people-centered value orientation, and puts forward a series of new ideas on strengthening the construction of ecological civilization to promote the harmonious development between man and nature, which stresses and reflects the importance of human being in the ecological construction and in the promotion of green development. On the institutional dimension, the concept underscores the safeguarding roles of strictest systems and the rule of law in green development. Xi Jinping's concept of green development represents the trend of mankind for a better homeland and for green development. It also profoundly expresses the long-cherished wish and the value pursuit of the Chinese people for building a beautiful China, and fully demonstrates the party's new vision of governance in building a green China in the new era, which is of guiding significance to China's green and sustainable development and to the practice of building a beautiful China. |
