| 由于子女长期离家、农村留守老人自身因素及社区环境的影响,农村留守老人在精神养老方面存在困境,具体表现为:缺乏情感慰藉、社会交往范围有限、心理状态不佳及精神文化需求得不到满足。通过分析农村留守老人拥有的社会资本,可以发现,无论是微观、中观还是宏观层面,农村留守老人存在社会资本存量不足的问题,这将进一步加深老人精神养老的困境,严重影响着其老年生活质量。因此,农村留守老人自身要增强社会资本的意识,提高自养能力;家庭要维护社会资本,提高赡养水平;社区要培育一定的社区组织,整合社会资本;政府及社会要通过资本投入、政策支持、多方参与,提高养老服务水平,从而更有力地促进农村留守老人精神养老困境的有效解决。 |

| The rural left-behind elderly is confronting with spiritual predicament, such as lack of emotional comfort, limited social interaction, poor mental state and spiritual cultural devoid, due to long-term loneliness, self-adjustment and unsatisfactory community environment. Our analysis of the social capital of the rural left-behind elderly, reflects that, whether at the Micro, Meso or macro level, the rural left-behind elderly are lacking sufficient social capital stock, which further devastates the elderly's spiritual predicament and their quality of life. Therefore, the rural left-behind elderly should be aware of social capital and improve their self-support ability. The family should maintain the social capital to enhance their living standard. The social community should actively gather social capital. Through the whole society's participation and efforts, the spiritual predicament of the rural left-behind elderly will be effectively resolved. |
