| 社会治理创新离不开法治的支撑,法治是社会治理创新的运作基石、内在驱动与价值取向。新时代的社会治理创新面临着新的社会矛盾与问题,文化、制度及发展等因素都在一定程度上对社会治理工作带来影响。当前从法治化视角来探究社会治理创新的路径,培育公民法治意识、转变社会治理理念和健全社会治理法治化运行机制具有重要意义。 |

| Social governance innovation is inseparable from the support of the rule of law. The rule of law is the cornerstone, internal driving force and value orientation of social governance innovation. The social governance innovation in the new era is facing new social contradictions and problems. The factors of culture, system and development all have an impact on social governance work to a certain extent. It is of great significance to explore the path of social governance innovation from the perspective of rule of law, i.e. to cultivate citizens' awareness of the rule of law, to change the concept of social governance, and to improve the legalization mechanism of social governance. |
