| 左右江苏区是土地革命战争时期中国西南边疆唯一的红色根据地。粮食成为当时苏区的重要资源。为保证粮食供给，苏区政府虽然陆续制定了合理负担的征粮政策，但实际上主要通过打土豪，向基层政府、群众筹粮，筹款购粮等几种方式征粮，粮源不稳，征粮效果不好。其主要原因在于苏区没有完成土地革命，可见土地革命不仅是征粮的前提，也是巩固和发展苏区的关键。 |

| The Soviet Area of Zuo You Jiang was the only red base area in Southwest China during the Agrarian Revolutionary War. Grain was an important resource in the soviet area at that time. To ensure grain supply, grain collection policy with reasonable burden for peasants was formulated in the Soviet Area of Zuo You Jiang. However, in fact, the grain was either collected from the grass-roots government, the masses and local despots, or collected through raising funds to buy grain from the local market. With unstable grain sources, the grain collection was ineffective. The present paper shows that the land revolution in Soviet area is the premise for grain collection and the key factor for the consolidation and development the Soviet area. |
