| 社会主义文化繁荣兴盛，国家文化软实力显著提升，民族团结画出最大同心圆，各民族像石榴籽一样紧紧抱在一起，这是强大凝聚力的社会主义意识形态之“强大”体现。党的自身建设质量、社会主义意识形态理论建设、宣传媒介传播效果和人民群众的素养，这是强大凝聚力的社会主义意识形态生成的要素构成。因此，要提升党员干部意识形态能力、推进马克思主义理论创新、重视宣传思想工作机制创新、推进社会主义意识形态大众化战略，以建设强大凝聚力的社会主义意识形态。 |

| The strength of the socialist ideology is fully represented by the prosperity of socialist culture, the enhancement of national cultural soft power, the national unity of all ethnic groups. The cohesive power of socialist ideology includes four elements, i.e. the quality of Party's self-construction, the theoretical construction of socialist ideology, the effect of propaganda media and the quality of the masses. In order to build a strong cohesive socialist ideology, we should enhance the ideological ability of Party members and cadres, promote the innovation of Marxist theory, highlight the importance to the innovation of ideological work mechanism, and push forward the popularization strategy of socialist ideology. |
