| 重视理论学习是我们党的建设的一条基本经验，也是我们党的一个优良传统。十八大以来，习近平同志反复强调全党要更加崇尚学习，要依靠学习走向未来。新时代中国共产党大兴理论学习之风的核心动力因素为：理论学习是我们党保持先锋队性质的内在要求，是我们党解决实践难题的科学之道，是我们党肩负伟大使命的根本保证，是共产党员提升综合素质的固本之方。新时代审视这四维动因有利于广大党员干部进一步提高理论学习的自觉性、主动性。 |

| It is one of the basic experience and fine traditions of our Party's construction to underscore importance to theoretical study. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, Comrade Xi Jinping has stressed theoretical study via which the Party can move forward to the future. The present paper holds that, the core motivation of the CPC's vigorous theoretical study lies in the following four aspects. Theoretical study is the inherent requirement to maintain the nature of our Party's advancement, the scientific method for our Party to solve practical problems, the fundamental guarantee for our Party to shoulder its great mission, and the basic approach for the CPC members to improve their comprehensive qualities. The four dimensions are of help to improve the self-consciousness for theoretical study of all Party members. |
