| 坚持以人民为中心，是建设中国特色社会主义现代化经济体系的本质体现和要求；始终坚持建设为了人民、建设依靠人民和建设成果由人民共享，是以人民为中心推进中国特色社会主义现代化经济体系建设的根本路径。以人民为中心推进现代化经济体系建设，就是要把以人民为中心的核心理念和精神，贯穿和体现在深化供给侧结构性改革、加快建设创新型国家、实施乡村振兴战略、实施区域协调发展战略、加快完善社会主义市场经济体系体制、推动形成全面开放新格局等重点任务和部署中。必须深刻理解和把握当前我国社会的主要矛盾、切实加强和改进党对经济工作的领导、始终坚定不移坚持公有制主体地位、理直气壮做强做优做大国有资本和集体经济，来夯实以人民为中心建设中国特色社会主义现代化经济体系的基础和保障。 |

| It is the essential embodiment and requirement of building a socialist modern economic system with Chinese characteristics to adhere to the people-centered principle, which means building for people, relying on the people, and sharing the achievements with the people. The establishment of socialist modern economic system with Chinese characteristics under the people-centered principle means that we should put this core concept into the supply-side structural reforms, the construction of an innovative country, the rural revitalization strategy, the regional coordinated development strategy, the improvement of the socialist market economy system, and the all-round opening-up. We must profoundly understand and grasp the major contradictions in our society at present, strengthen and improve the party's leadership over economic work, adhere to the dominant position of public ownership, build stronger, better and larger state-owned capital and collective economy, in order to consolidate the foundation and guarantee of building a modern socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics. |
