| 抗日战争时期，中国大批东部高校陆续搬迁到了重庆继续办学。迁渝高校应对时局所需，调整教育政策和方针，重视开展培养战时所需人才、科研迎战、救亡宣传和现金抗战，以及救济社会和服务农村和社区等高校社会服务工作。迁渝高校战时社会服务对战争作出了及时的响应及应对，不仅处理了重庆及周边地区的困厄之时局，更为重要的是，作为抗战大后方，为抗战储备了人才和物资。迁渝高校战时社会服务工作对当代高校开展社会服务工作具有重要的启迪作用。 |

| During the Anti-Japanese War, a large number of eastern universities in China moved to Chongqing. In order to meet the needs of the wartime situation, the colleges and universities, with adjustment of their educational policies and guidelines, attach importance to the social service work of colleges and universities, such as training talents, scientific research, national salvation propaganda, and cash war resistance urgently needed in the war. In the meanwhile the universities also provided social relief and service for rural areas and communities. Their work in the wartime, has made a timely response to the war, which not only dealt with the difficult situation in Chongqing and surrounding areas, but also, more importantly, as the rear area of the war, reserved talents and materials for the war. The social service work in colleges and universities during the war has an important enlightening effect on the social services work in contemporary colleges and universities. |
