| 有效治理小农户贫困脆弱性，防范小农户致贫风险，是2020年后我国农村贫困治理的新议题，对乡村振兴战略平稳推进有重要意义。小农户贫困脆弱性是小农户未来陷入贫困的风险，是小农户经受的外部冲击与其应对能力两者相较的结果。社会工作的价值理念与服务方法契合了小农户贫困脆弱性治理的问题与需求，社会工作参与小农户贫困脆弱性治理的路径主要有三个方面：提升小农户应对环境变动的内生能力、增强小农户参与农村社区发展的意愿和效能、优化小农户的社会资本与社会处境。为了保障社会工作的作用发挥，需要完善政策与制度设置，为社会工作的作用发挥提供基础性支持，同时要促进农村社会工作发展，提高社会工作服务小农户的专业能力。 |

| Effectively governing of the poverty vulnerability and preventing the risk of small farmers falling into poverty have become a new issue in rural poverty governance in China after 2020, which is of great significance for the steady promotion of the strategy of rural revitalization. Poverty vulnerability of small farmers is the risk that small farmers would fall into poverty in the future. It is the comparative result between the external strike and their coping strategy. The value and service method of social work meet the demand of small farmers' poverty vulnerability governance. The path of social work to participate in the governance of poverty vulnerability of small farmers lies in three aspects:to enhance the endogenous ability of small farmers to respond to environmental changes, to improve the efficiency of small farmers to participate in the development of rural communities, to optimize the social capital and social situation of small farmers. In order to ensure full play to the role of social work, it is necessary to rectify the governance policy and system for basic support for the social work, to promote the development of rural social work, and to improve the professional ability of social work to serve small farmers. |
