以“强基计划”入学的学生是我国基础学科拔尖人才培养的重要生源,这类学生具有较强的自我个性化色彩、较强的自我发展动态性学习需要和较强的自我主体性意志倾向等特征,他们智商较高,思维活跃,具有潜在的创新特质。基础学科拔尖人才培养的定位应是造就中国特色社会主义所需要的具有个性特色和国际视野的复合型、学习型、信息型专业创新人才。为此,应着力打造拔尖人才培养“特区”,推行主体适合教育;采用拔尖人才培养书院制,实行导师动态化;设置多元化课程体系,采用灵活的教学机制,进而构建起“主体联动、协同担责、适合培养”的基础学科拔尖人才培养创新体系和有效机制。 |

SStudents enrolled in the "Basic Disciplines Program" has become an important source for the cultivation of top-notch talents in basic discipline in China. These students, with strong personality, dynamic learning needs for self-development, and self-subjectivity, are endowed with high IQ, active thinking, and potential innovative qualities. Therefore, in order to cultivate inter-disciplinary, knowledgeable, informative and innovative talents of basic disciplines with international vision, measures should be taken in the cultivation, such as building "special cultivation zone" for the top talents, implementing dynamic mentor system, setting up diversified and customized curriculum and establishing flexible teaching mechanism, for the creation of an innovation system and effective mechanism with "integration and combination of educational elements, collaborative responsibility and suitable for cultivation". |
