| Establishing the confidence of higher education system is an inevitable requirement for building a strong country in higher education. The confidence of China's higher education system is rooted in its deep historical accumulation and solid practical foundation. The Chinese excellent education tradition and the exploration of higher education under the leadership of CPC constitute the most complete historical basis for the confidence of China's higher education system. The practical basis for the confidence of China's higher education system lies in the leading overall scale of China's higher education, the fruitful and intensive development of higher education and the increasing international influence of higher education. The self-confidence of China's higher education system should be strengthened along with path of cooperative development mechanism, establishment of discourse system and strengthening of high-quality education. |
