| 生态文明关系人民福祉、关乎民族未来。新中国成立以来，我国对生态环境问题经历了由重视不足到逐步重视再到纳入中国特色社会主义总体布局和战略布局的重大转变。党的十八大后形成的习近平生态文明思想，植根于中国古代生态智慧，在马克思恩格斯生态理论的指导下，在深刻总结新中国成立以来实践经验的基础上提出来的。应当从“五位一体”总体布局和“四个全面”战略布局的高度理解和把握习近平生态文明思想，才能在其科学指导下，开创中国特色社会主义生态文明新时代。 |

| Ecological civilization is closely related to people's well-being and the future of the nation. Since the founding of P.R.C, China has undergone a major shift from insufficient attention to ecological environment to gradual attention and then to incorporation into the overall and strategic layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought, formed after the 18th National Congress of CPC, is rooted in the ancient ecological wisdom of China. It was put forward under the guidance of Marx and Engels' ecological theory and on the basis of a thorough summary of the 70 years' practical experience since the founding of P.R.C. Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought should be understood and grasped from the? "five-sphere?integrated?plan" and the "four-pronged comprehensive strategy" so as to create a new era of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics under his scientific guidance. |
