| 规避非理性需要，回归真实需要，是新时代满足人民美好生活需要的实践要求。从马克思的需要理论出发是准确把握美好生活需要内涵与本质的唯物史观的基本原则。美好生活需要涵盖政治、经济、文化、社会、生态等各方面的内容，是新时代民生诉求的目标。在经济、社会和文化等多重因素的影响下，美好生活需要遭到异化。资本的主导是产生纯粹物欲、追求灾难图景的根源，社会舆论招致大众享受“娱乐至死”，而受西方价值观的浸染和封建思想渣滓的毒害，“个人主义”需要与“平均主义”需要并存。美好生活需要的满足应坚持人的生活必要需要与社会需要相统一的基本原则，以社会主义核心价值观为指导，将社会劳动作为人的第一需要，在发展中满足需要，在新的需要中促进发展，循序渐进地满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要。 |

| Avoiding irrational needs and returning to the real needs are the practical requirements to meet people's needs for a better life in the new era. The Marx's theory of need can be the basic principle of historical materialism to accurately grasp the connotation and essence of the need for a better life. A better life needs include material, cultural, social, ecological needs, etc. which is the goal of people's livelihood in the new era. Under the influence of economic, social and cultural factors, the better life needs are alienated. The dominance of capital is the root of the pure material desire to pursue the disaster prospect, the social opinion invites the public to enjoy the "entertainment to death", while the western values and the poison of the feudal thought dregs lead to co-existence of "individualism" and "equalitarianism". The better life needs should adhere to the basic principle of the unity of people's necessary need and social need. Under the guideline of the socialist core values, the better life needs should take the social labor as man's first need, should meet the full needs in social development, and should advance in meeting the new needs. |
