| 新中国成立以来，我国农村改革大致经历了改革起点阶段、探索突破阶段、全面推进阶段、城乡统筹阶段以及全面深化阶段，谱写了农村改革发展的壮丽篇章，基本构建了符合我国国情农情的制度框架体系，实现了农业发展以及农产品有效供给，农村公共服务水平显著提升，农民收入和生活水平大幅提升，农村扶贫事业取得巨大成就，城乡关系发生深刻变革。农村的持续改革也积累了很多宝贵经验，如坚持和发展土地集体所有制、坚持党管农村工作、坚持农民的主体地位、坚持市场化改革、坚持渐进式改革以及统筹城乡发展等。总结这些成就与经验，对于新时代持续推进农村改革有重要的实践价值。 |

| Since the founding of P.R.C, China's rural reform has undergone four stages, i.e. the starting stage, the exploration and breakthrough stage, the overall promotion stage, the urban and rural overall planning stage, and the comprehensive deepening stage, which constitutes the institutional framework conforming to the national and agricultural condition. The systemic framework has achieved agricultural development and effective supply of agricultural products, enhanced the level of rural public services, greatly increased the farmers' incomes and living standards, made great success in rural poverty alleviation, and undergone profound changes between urban and rural relations. The continuous reforms in the countryside have also accumulated valuable experience, such as adherence to and development of collective land ownership, adherence to the Party's management of rural work, adherence to the main localities of farmers, adherence to market-oriented reforms, adherence to gradual reforms and overall urban and rural development, which is of great practical value in boosting rural reform in the new era. |
