| 中央苏区是中国共产党局部执政的开始。党在领导和巩固苏维埃政权中，进行了权力制约、规范与监督，惩处贪污腐败、官僚主义及其损害百姓利益行为等执政纪律建设探索，并在确立执政的政治原则、严肃执政纪律及重视执政纪律建设实效等方面进行了成功实践，形成了中央苏区党执政纪律建设特色。这一成功实践，为此后党在陕北及解放区的执政纪律建设提供了直接的实践经验，开拓性地实现了党从革命转向执政的新使命，奠定了它在中国共产党执政及政权建设史上的重要地位。对新时代党的执政纪律建设及治理能力现代化建设提供了很好的历史启示。 |

| The Central Soviet began the practice of CPC's partial governance. In the process of leading and strengthening the central soviet governance, CPC has explored governing disciplines on power restriction, standardization and supervision, fighting against corruption, and bureaucracy. And it formed a practical mode in the political principles, strict political discipline and discipline construction of governance, which showcased a vivid characteristic of central Party governance construction. This successful practice provided a direct practical experience for the party's ruling construction in Shanbei and Liberated areas and for the realization of Party's transference from revolutionary Party to ruling Party. The successful practice in Central Soviet Area has also laid important foundation in the history of the Party ruling and regime construction, providing a good historical enlightenment for the construction of party's ruling discipline in the new era. |
