| 现代农村创业活动将成为带动全员创业，促进全民就业的有效途径之一。以全球创业观察（GEM）模型为基础，结合农村创业活动发展特点，从经济环境系统、政府支持系统、文化保障系统和环境支撑系统四个方面考察农村创业情况，建立农村创业观察（REM）评价指标体系。以江西省为例，利用所构建指标体系对江西省各地级市指标指数进行测算分析，以检验证明所构建指标体系的合理性及有效性。 |

| Modern rural entrepreneurship will become one of the effective ways to promote mass entrepreneurship and develop full employment in rural areas. Based on the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor(GEM) model and the characteristics of rural entrepreneurial activities, this paper explores rural entrepreneurship from four aspects: economic environment system, government support system, cultural security system and environmental support system. It also establishes Rural Entrepreneurship Monitor (REM) evaluation index system. Taking Jiangxi Province as an example, the present paper in its final part verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the index system with the constructed index system to measure and analyze the indexes of various cities in Jiangxi Province. |
