| 党的十八届五中全会提出了经济、社会、生态协调发展的绿色发展理念，随后，党的十九大明确“美丽中国”作为新时代建设社会主义现代化强国的目标之一，进一步明确了中国道路的“绿色发展”方向，丰富了中国特色社会主义道路的科学内涵。中国绿色发展道路有其故有的生成逻辑：来源于中华民族天人合一、尊重自然的悠久历史和优秀传统文化的历史与文化逻辑，证明中国共产党是马克思主义生态文明思想的传承者和创新者的理论与实践逻辑，体现中国共产党把满足人民对美好生态的向往作为奋斗目标的价值与目标逻辑，彰显中国为建设“美丽世界”贡献智慧与力量的责任与担当逻辑。深入理解新时代中国绿色发展道路的生成逻辑，对准确把握新时代中国特色社会主义道路的科学内涵，坚持、完善和发展中国特色社会主义绿色道路，凝心聚力建设“美丽中国”具有重要的理论与实践意义。 |

| The Green Development featuring coordinated economic, social and ecological development was put forwards in the fifth plenary session of 18th CPC central committee and was further reflected in the 19th CPC National Congress taking Beautiful China as one of the major goals of a powerful modern socialist country in the new era. Green Development as a orientation enriches the connotation of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. The generative logic of Green Development of China is rooted in its long history and traditional culture of unity of man and nature and respect for nature. The Green Development of China fully demonstrates CPC as the inheritor and innovator of the thought of ecological civilization of Marxism, perfectly reflects the core value and goal logic of CPC, i.e. to meet the people's demand for a better ecological environment, vividly symbolizes the strong responsibility of China in building a “Beautiful World”. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to comprehend the generative logic of green development path with Chinese characteristics, to understand the scientific connotation of the socialist road with Chinese characteristic, to persist in green development path with Chinese characteristics in building a "beautiful China". |
