| 近年来，随着党和政府加大农村留守老人关爱保护工作的力度，农村留守老人社会工作愈来愈受到重视，对农村留守老人社会工作者的职业素质也提出了更高要求。农村留守老人社会工作者的职业素质体现在职业价值、职业道德、职业知识和职业能力四个方面。其中，职业价值体现为职业理念和职业使命；职业道德体现为职业责任、职业纪律和职业作风；职业知识体现为基础知识、专业知识以及与服务对象相关的知识；职业能力体现为组织能力、社会交往能力、文化能力、反思能力和持续学习能力。农村留守老人社会工作者职业素质的各个方面相辅相成并贯通于社会工作服务实践过程中。 |

| In recent years, the Party and the government have taken more measure for the care and protection of the left-behind elderly in rural areas, and the social work of the left-behind elderly in rural areas has been paid more and more attention. Under such condition, higher professional quality of the social workers of the left-behind elderly in rural areas are needed. The professional qualities of social workers for left-behind elderly in rural areas are embodied in four aspects:professional value, professional ethics, professional knowledge and professional ability. Among them, professional values are reflected in professional concepts and mission; professional ethics in professional responsibility, discipline and style; professional knowledge in basic knowledge, professional knowledge and related knowledge of the service object; professional ability in organizational ability, social ability, cultural ability, reflective ability and continuous learning ability. All aspects of the professional quality are complementary and integrated with each other in the process of social work practice. |
