| 20世纪八十年代，邓小平充分估计党内腐败问题的严重性和加强党风廉政建设的必要性，从“生死论”的政治高度、“两手抓”的指导原则、“两个靠”的重要手段、“两监督”的有效路径和“依法从严”的行动准则等方面，提出要“从严从重从快”打击经济领域的犯罪活动，形成了系统完整、脉络清晰、内容丰富的“重拳反腐”思想。邓小平“重拳反腐”思想是中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分，是长期以来我党反腐倡廉实践以资借鉴的宝贵思想财富。当前，重新温习邓小平提出的“从严从重从快”打击经济领域犯罪的“重拳反腐”思想，对于新时代全面从严治党具有重要的现实指导作用和理论借鉴价值。 |

| In the 1980s, Comrade Deng Xiaoping, after an evaluation of the seriousness of corruption in the Party, came to realize the necessity of strengthening the construction of Party conduct and a clean and honest government. From the political outlook of life and death and under the guideline of "two-hand construction theory"(i.e. the construction of both material and spiritual civilization), Comrade Deng Xiaoping pushed ahead the crackdown of the economic crimes and formed his systematic thought of "heavy fist against corruption" by the means of "two dependents" with the effective path of "two supervisions" under the rule of "governance of law". As an important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, Comrade Deng Xiaoping's thought of anti-graft is a valuable ideological wealth for our Party's anti-corruption practice in the long term. At present, it is of great theoretical value to review Deng Xiao-ping's thought of "cracking down the economic crimes in a speedy way with strict laws", which could play a guiding role in the Party-governance in the new era. |
