| Zhi Nan Hou Lu, a poetry by Wen Tianxiang on his way from Guangzhou to Dadu, has recorded the traffic route of Wen Tianxiang (a natural hero in Yuan Dynasty), including cities along the Ganjiang River, the Yangtze River and the Grande Canal. It vividly reflected the traffic conditions, cityscape and traffic phenomena on the way. Through the interpretation of the traffic details in the poetry, we could better understand Wen Tianxiang's thought and mentality, as well as his poetic style and his inner emotion. |
