| 唐史学家吴兢的《贞观政要》一书中蕴含着独具特色的古代官德修养理论。以忧国安民、近取诸身、远体诸物为其官德修养的目标。以克己内省、深思正己，崇儒重学、改过迁善、谨言慎行、积善成德为主的官德修养的实施系统。其中所体现的官德修养论对于当下"全面从严治党"环境下的执政党的建设有重要的借鉴意义。吸收传统政治思想中的精华，重塑官德修养论的思想价值，促进新时代中国执政党建设，是当下急需解决的课题。因此，构建有中国传统文化特质的现代政德修养理论，对当下执政党的政德建设具有重大现实意义。 |

| Zeng Guan Zhen Yao, a historical book by Wu Jing from Tang Dynasty, is endowed with official virtue cultivation theory in ancient times with unique characteristic, taking as the goals for official virtue cultivation caring for the fate of the state and security of its residents and making judgment with the changing environment around and beyond oneself. The executive system of official virtue cultivation in the book includes:to restrain oneself through introspection, to be upright through reflections, to show reverence to Confucianism, to be cautious in one's conduct, to do small good things and become a man of virtue. Both the cultivation theory and its executive system in the book are of great significance to the construction of ruling Party under the context of seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor at present. Currently, it is urgent to absorb the essence of the traditional political cultural thought and remold the official virtue cultivation in order to promote the construction of ruling party. Therefore, building a modern official virtue cultivation theory with the characteristic of traditional culture can enhance our cultural confidence and meet the demand of building political virtue of the ruling party. |
