| 毛泽东、朱德率红四军主力离开根据地井冈山向赣南游击时，遇到许多困难，也发生过一些意想不到的事情。他们有针对性地颁发了多份命令或布告，一方面彰显共产党和工农红军的宗旨、政策、任务，一方面宣布红军纪律。从《红四军在宁都筹款通知》和《布告·红军第四军军部第十一号令·关于保护寻乌医院的命令》，可以看出毛泽东、朱德善于利用小事细事来对红军进行规矩、纪律教育，而且常做常新。《布告·命令》还表明保护现代文明的物质成果也是红军的任务和纪律，闪烁出了现代文明的光芒。对它们深入研究，具有一定意义。 |

| There are countless obstacles when Chairman Mao and Marshal Zhu led the main forces of the Red Army from Jinggangshan to the southern Jiangxi. Some unexpected petty matters happened worthy of reflection. They issued several orders or notices to the masses along their withdrawing route,highlighting the purposes, policies and tasks of the Red Army as well as declaring their strict disciplines. It can be seen from The Fundraising Notice of the 4th Red Army in Ningdu County and The 11th Order of the 4th Red Army:on the Protection of the Xunwu Hospital that Chairman Mao and Marshal Zhu was good at employing the petty matters as examples to discipline the Red Army. The Order and Notice also shows that protection of the material achievements in modern civilization became also the tasks and disciplines of the Red Army, which is of great significance today. |
